Im sure we will all do something a little different, my star came out a bit big - but i will sew it up anyway and im sure we can find a place for it. if you have any photos of how you got stared please send them to us so we can do a page like this for others ideas like knitting,l crochet, paint or photos. We hope your inspired to get cracking :)
Wow! I don't get quilting at all so am in awe of people who do. That's going to look fab! (and reminds me I need to start embroidery tonight)

ReplyDeleteJust found the link to this while catching up on the Spartacus site. Great idea. I've begun making things when I'm well enough, including a baby quilt for a friend, and personal bunting for family and friends' children. They take a LOT longer than they would when I was well, but the pride I feel at still being able to create lovely, individual things is immense. Am now furiously thinking what to put on my Spartiquilt square!!
