A Space for #Spartiquilt
The lovely chaps at Inkwell Arts in Leeds have made a space available for people who may wish to meet with @Fibro_girl and I, in order to do a bit of sewing of the #Spartiquilt and of course, to drink tea and have a natter.
When do we meet?
We plan to meet every Tuesday (except Bank Holidays) from 11am to 1pm, but you can drop in whenever you like during that time, you don't have to book and you don't have to stay for the full 2 hours!Inkwell Arts Information

Getting to Inkwell Arts by Bus
Inkwell was the Old Shoulder of Mutton pub on Potternewton Lane.
You can catch Buses no 2,3 or 3a from Leeds city centre, the bus stop is located opposite the Grand Theatre on New Briggate. The service runs frequently during the day with buses approximately every ten minutes.
You will need the stop at Chapel Allerton Hospital. A short walk further up is Potternewton Lane on your left. Once on Potternewton Lane, Inkwell is only a very short walk away and located, again, on your left.
Access to Inkwell Arts
Inside (it's an old pub) there is another step (more like 20cm) if you want to go down to the balcony overlooking the garden (for a fag, for instance) so we really need the ramp! I can stagger it cos it's only a few steps, but it does rapidly use spoons.
The loo is on the ground floor and you dont need to navigate any steps to get there. Its a reasonable size, too.
They do have drinks available, no sign of snacks, so bring one if you need to fill up regularly!
There are other groups going on in the space at the same time, its a creative space for people run by Leeds Mind, so it can be a bit noisy, but they are very good at responding to people's needs if you need a bit more quiet.
So come, enjoy, make merry, make the #Spartiquilt!
